Defective item policy
All defective item claim(s) must be made within 5 days from the date you received the order. A review of the claim will made before authorizing the return. We may ask for more information to the claim if needed.
Once the return is received, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the returns. All claims made after the claim window will not be accepted.
To return an online purchase, please refer to the procedures below. Please note that the return policy described below is only applicable to online purchases made on www.thelynden.com.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request for a return authorization. All returns must be authorized by e-mail within 5 business days upon receiving the package. You can e-mail us at email@example.com. Return requests made after 5 business days will not be accepted.
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
All used, tested, and opened returns will not be processed and discarded. A refund will not be issued for the returned item. All unauthorized returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by The Lynden will be refunded. All claims made after the return window will not be accepted.
